The Pickel Chalet (Base Club)
The Pickel Chalet is an all ranks club which is also open to civilians. This
dining facility has a beautiful view of the Eastern Sierra's and the back
side of Yosemite.
Menu items include: pizza, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and hamburgers.

Note:
During unit specific events, SNCO’s and Officers of the training units, formal schools, and air wing personnel are invited to utilize The Pickel Chalet (Upper Base Camp) in the evenings. When a battalion utilizes either of the two base clubs, we request a working party and duties to ensure a good experience.Working party members are asked to report to the Club Manager at 1730 in The Pickel Chalet prior to the event and to return at 2100 for clean up. 
When the battalion utilizes either club, a working party of two personnel is
required to report to the Club Manager the following morning by 0800 at the upper club back hatch.

Trapper Ted's Full Moon Saloon
For the troops (Sgt and below), Trapper Ted’s in Lower Base Camp provides an enjoyable atmosphere. With a 72-HOUR notice, prearrangements can be made with the Club Manager for Marines to enjoy beer, hot wings, pizza and satellite radio entertainment from 1800-2100. Not to mention the televisions throughout. We ask that a working party and two duties (E-5 and above), assigned by the unit, are available to ensure a great time is had by all. Please observe that all alcohol is to be bought and consumed on the premises. We request that no alcohol be taken out of the facility and no outside food brought into Trapper Ted's. Working party members are asked to report to the Club Manager at 1730 in The Pickel Chalet prior to the event and to return at 2100 for clean up.

Lodging is available at the Transient Quarters aboard MWTC.
Transient Quarters (TQ)
Reservations: DSN 94.839.1487 or Commercial 760.932.1487.
Hours Of Operations: 24 Hours/Check-in with Command Duty Office when arriving after regular duty hours (1600) and on weekends/holidays.
Check In/Out: Personnel on TAD Orders may make reservations up to 90 days in advance. Active duty personnel not on orders and military retirees may inquire availability by contacting the billeting office 14 days prior to inquire if space is available. Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to their expected arrival. Wi-Fi is available in the TQ Lobby.
VIP Quarters (05 and above): $45.00 per night.

Single room w/kitchen (Any TAD Guest): $40.00 per night.
